MANAGED EIS FOLLOW-ON PORTFOLIO SERVICE

In 2026, Endeavour launched a managed service to invest in later-stage EIS opportunities. Over the 20 years we have been investing, we have not tended to follow-on our investments after early stage. While this has yielded good results over all, the time taken for some investments to realise has not suited some investors.

The evergreen Managed Portfolio Service will invest in Series A and B rounds where the price is set externally, largely in companies from our own portfolio when they have proven their model and require expansion capital. The returns may be less dramatic as a multiple, but the time taken to exit should be less, and the risk of failure should also be considerably reduced.
