Gazeal Limited - Property tech
Gazeal Limited is a property tech company concerned with simplifying the process of buying and selling a property in England and Wales – working with agents and conveyancers to eliminate gazumping and preventing agreed house sales from going through.
In England and Wales, an agreement to buy or sell a house is worthless until Exchange of Contracts. Until then, it is not legally binding. The Conveyancing process takes weeks, and while the lawyers do their checks, problems arise. The Gazeal system, provides the solution, binding both parties at the outset when they are ready to agree a deal. Neither side can walk away, or move the goalposts. Endeavour has been involved since inception as fund raiser and as an investor. Bill Cunningham sits on the board.
Microshare Inc - Internet of Things
Microshare operates at the heart of the “Internet of Things” revolution. It solves the
critical problem of control and compliance which arise with data sharing rules from
a myriad of sources and data owners.

OMEIRA - Film Production
The key to success in independent film production is distribution.
This is the foundation to the potential success of Omeira. The management team is exceptional in this field. Mick Southworth and Martin McCabe are veteran film executives and distributors, both having over 25 years experience in the business. Their noted successes are many and noteworthy, including 2 Oscar winners. They have been involved with films from The Madness of King George, Brassed Off, Cinema Paradiso through to Trainspotting and When Harry met Sally.
There is also a safe pair of hands in the financial role, with Deepak Sikka who was previously Finance Director at HIT Entertainment PLC before its successful sale to APAX Partners. He then became CFO and General Manager at Molinare and as a result of the innovative financing mechanism that he structured their notable successes included Moon and The King’s Speech of which Deepak was a Co-Executive Producer.
